Well, I already own a little gold that I got back when I graduated high school and it was going for around $250 an ounce.

Unfortunately, I didn't buy a LOT because... well, high school graduate.

So really for me, it's not a matter of getting IN the market as it is a matter of telling when I should sell what little I have and get OUT before the drop in price.

Right now, it's at $1145. I've heard economists predicting anywhere from $1500 up to $2000 within 18 months. close(-)

Not knowing the precise details of the case, I'm going to avoid commenting on the propriety of the actions therein.

However...

My girlfriend was abused, physically, psychologically and sexually, as a child, by her own mother, from about 3 years old until about the time that the woman died. (And it is fortunate for all concerned that she died of natural causes years before I met her daughter - or I would have had to kill her.)

I have known other people who were abused.

And I have to say that if anything ever happened to me that would turn me into the kind of... creature... that would sexually abuse a 3-year-old child... I really, honestly HOPE someone else in my family would have the decency to destroy me. close(-)
